On a main street which with 4-minute-30-second cab, you will find yourself at Backpacker Bui Vien Walking Street (the heart of Saigon nightlife) or enjoy local taste at Ben Thanh Market, modern Saigon at Bitexco Tower, impressive coffee shops at Nguyen Hue Walking Street.
Locating by the side of Saigon river, crossing the bridge and everything about Saigon is just around the corner. And just far enough that the place is quiet at night so it’s peaceful to ensure you get plenty of rest and recuperation. Our place is a little oasis for those who want to relax and escape from a busy Saigon with an infinity swimming pool and modern gym.
Cleanliness is always our top priority as we clean up the apartment at least twice a week and before your arrival in order to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
Located on the 12th floor of Rivergate building, this studio apartment (around 30m2) comes equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - a firm but comfortable bed, a kitchenette with a dining table to prepare your morning breakfast and to enjoy a nice meal at home, a couch for when you want to watch some TV in comfort, a window seat to read a book under the golden sun, and of course, a bathroom to take a nice shower in after a long day. Don’t worry about lighting as the windows bring in plenty of natural light to brighten up your stay!
You also have your own washer to do your own laundry at your own place. Other included amenities are listed below.

Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own.
With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
NO SMOKING inside the house. Anyone caught smoking inside the property will simply be asked to leave without any refund. Luckily, we have external area and green place by the pool – smoking is free there!
NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but that is the Vietnamese custom and we also love to keep our floors clean. Maybe you’ll make a habit of it back home! ;)
MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent, and being disrespectful to those around.
PASSPORT(S) will be required when you arrive at the place so that we could help you register with the building management and local government. Don’t worry, it’s all for your safety and security! Only you and the extra guests on your reservation would be registered with both the local government and the building management for your safety as well as honesty. Thus, if you would like to invite more friends for overnight stay together, we would love to help you register those more friends. Just kindly inform us and send an alteration request via Airbnb.
PROSTITUTION is strictly prohibited under every circumtances according to not only the building management but also local government. And note that you might get caught to take strangers there! For a marvelous stay by the modern building with rooftop pool and great city view, please well observe the rules.
NO NEGOTIATION on our price. We believe that our quoted prices are appropriate for the value we bring to our guests.
CHECK-IN TIME is from 3pm and check-out time is by 12pm then what if you arrive sooner than that? We are here to help keep your luggage while you enjoy magnificent rooftop pool or explore outside and try a typical Vietnamese lunch! Check-in later than 9 pm would cost you $7 more.
PARTY AND LOUD MUSIC are not encouraged in the building as not everyone likes bar and nightclub. Luckily, the Bui Vien Walking Street with lots of sleepless venue for meeting and drinking are just 5 minutes cab from here!
KEY AND RESIDENT CARD are very important – no one can live without them! Because if you lose it, you can’t even use the elevator and will be charged $20 for a key and $50 for a card. For your information, the resident card is used to access the building entrance and elevator to your apt’s floor and rooftop pool’s floor. Now you know how powerful the card is! Just be a little cautious and you will have an enjoyable stay in Saigon!
Don’t forget to TURN OFF the Air Conditioners when leaving. You might not know but AC will generate as 150 times as that of a normal light – stay green!
CLEANLINESS is not only our top priority but also your top criterium when booking a place, isn’t it? Then if you care, remember to take off your shoes when entering the house. Cleaning fee included in your booking reservation is charged to ensure the cleanliness before your arrival – but we trust you even stay cleaner than us.
Any towel or drap with unremovable stain would disappointedly cost you $10 per one for an environmental friendliness promise.
Our Vision is creating LIVING SPACE and EXPERIENCE that to bring you the local authentic experience while staying with us, we are not looking for a guest – we are seeking for a friend. We strive to provide you a social accommodation with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately something more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere, if you’re looking for a home away from home, then by all means book with us.
HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and more responsible community.
CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please understand where we’re coming from :)
